Autodesk SketchBook Designer is a piece of software aimed at creating illustrations and performing concept design.
The utility is designed to produce artwork, offering working space where both paint tools and vector tools are available. Working with masks and layers is made possible, as well. Each drawing tool has specific settings that can be changed. For example, where the paint layer tools are concerned, one can change the size and intensity of the pencil, pen and paint brush tools. The marker tool also allows for rotation to be adjusted, while the custom brush offers the possibility for rotation noise and spacing to be added. The vector layer tools are similar to the paint layer ones, with a few differences. Five different ways of maneuvering curves are available in addition, for example, in the vector section. The utility is intuitive up to a certain point, as certain tasks require experience with similar programs or accessing the "Help" section.

Autodesk SketchBook Designer is a piece of software created for professional designers and artists to help them in concept and graphic design illustration processes.

Brice Outside of mastering the complexities of sketching in Alias or Maya, there's no other program on the market that lets you sketch so cleanly with controllable vector curves. Certainly neither of the previous mentioned are as clean and simple to use. Sketchbook Designer is a step above Pro, IMO.
